MARKET UPDATE
Gold fell in Tuesdays trade sharply as U S China trade talks are coming
closer to a deal and Favourable data from Europe shows economic
improvement .
Good earnings report from the US is also putting pressure on
gold prices .
Dollar index traded flat and this also did not help gold prices /
International Gold opened on Tuesday at $ 1287.70 .
As the US markets opened it fell sharply hitting a low of $ 1282.70
Once the support of $ 1280 got broken it fell sharply .
It tested the support of $ 1270.
Low was $ 1272.70 and closed at $ 1276 .
Currently trading above yesterdays close at $ 1278
Will face immediate resistance at $ 1280 to $ 1282\
Strong support at 1270 .
In the Mcx Gold opened at 31800 .
Once the support of RS 31730 got broken it fell sharply .
Tested near support 31500
Low 31523.
As no markets today in the morning session
will update once market opens in the evening .
